Special Notes:

  1. Registration fees do not include entry into the short course session or any guests you may choose to bring to the banquet or poster session. This registration fee does not include the short courses that will be held on October 11, 2015. The short course fee is $200 per attendee, which includes all course materials.

  2. Short course session notes: The Short Course registration fee does not include IMR conference attendance. IMR attendance is suggested, though not required for those chosing to participate only in the Short Course session, which may be attended independently from the IMR.

  3. Current student ID MUST be faxed to Kathy Loeppky at (505) 284-2418 or emailed to kloeppk@sandia.gov when registration is submitted to receive Student registration rate.

  4. Hard copies of the proceedings no longer be included with registartion for the IMR and will be available to order separately directly from Elsevier. The proceedings will be provided in electronic format on a thumbdrive provided at the time of on-site check in at the conference. Access to the proceedings will continue to be available online.

  5. Conference fees are non-refundable.
